AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 9, TITLE 7, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE FEE FOR TYKE NETTING.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §915(b)(4), Chapter 9, Title 7, Delaware Code, by striking the figures "$30" and "$300" respectively and substituting in lieu thereof the figures "$5" and "$50".
