AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 1, TITLE 13, DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO MARRIAGE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend 5101, Chapter I, Title 13, Delaware Code by striking 1101(a) In Its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"(a) A marriage is prohibited and void between a person and his or her ancestor, descendant, brother, sister, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew or first cousin."
