AN ACT TO AMEND AN ACT ENTITLED "AN ACT MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE EXPENSE OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1986; SPECIFYING CERTAIN PROCEDURES CONDITIONS AND MUTATIONS FOR THE EXPENDITURE OF SUCH FUNDS; AND AMENDING CERTAIN PERTINENT STATUTORY PROVISIONS." BEING HOUSE BILL NO. 350 OF THE 133RD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 221 of House Bill No. 350 of the 133rd General Assembly, being an Act entitled "An Act Making Appropriations for the Expense of State Government for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 1986; Specifying Certain Procedures, Conditions and Limitations for the Expenditure of Such Funds; and Amending Certain Pertinent Statutory Provisions." by adding the following at the end of said Section:
"The funds appropriated by this Section shall be a continuing appropriation. Any funds remaining in the State Board of Education Account Number (95-01-006-01-97) or local school district accounts (95-XX-000-01-85) on June 30, 1986, shall not be subject to reversion until June 30, 1987."
