AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 85, TITLE 1 E, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE STATE BUREAU OF IDENTIFICATION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §8502(3)b.4., Title II, Delaware Code, by striking the word "and" following the semicolon.
Section 2. Amend §8502(3)b.5., Title 11, Delaware Code, by striking the period at the end of the sentence and inserting in lieu thereof a semicolon followed by the word "and".
Section 3, Amend §8502(3)b., Title II, Delaware Code, by adding subsection (3)b.6. to read as follows;
"6. The Division of Youth Rehabilitative Services."
Section 4. Amend §8510, title II, Delaware Code, by striking the title and the first sentence up to the colon in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"§8510. Information to be Supplied by the Department of Correction and Division of Youth Rehabilitative Services.
The Department of Correction and the Division of Youth Rehabilitative Services shall, within 48 hours, transmit to the Bureau."
