AN ACT PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO §19, ARTICLE III, CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE, RELATING TO THE SALARY OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two- thirds of all members elected to each Howe thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend §19, Article III, Constitution of the State of Delaware, by striking the second paragraph thereof.
