SENATE BILL NO. 444

AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 35, TITLE 12 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PERPETUAL CARE BURIAL LOTS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section 1. Amend §3554(a), Title 12, Delaware Code, by inserting the words "at least" between the words "shall pay' and "semiannually" in the last sentence of said subsection.
