AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 21, TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE USE OF NUMBER PLATES FOR MANUFACTURERS AND DEALERS WHILE TEACHING A PERSON TO OPERATE A MOTOR VEHICLE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 2124, Chapter 21, Title 21 of the Delaware Code by striking subsection (a)(3) in its entirety.
Section 2. Amend Section 2124, Chapter 21, Title 21 of the Delaware Code by renumbering existing subsections (a)(4) and (a)(5) as (a)(3) and (a)(4) respectively.
