AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 25, SECTION 2118 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO MORTGAGES SECURING OPTIONAL FUTURE ADVANCES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section I. Amend Chapter 21, Title 25, §2118 of the Delaware Code by deletion of the phrase " as are made within 5 years from the date thereof," from the first sentence of subsection (a).
Section 2. Amend §2118(b). Chapter 21. Title 25 of the Delaware Code by striking subsection (b) In its entirety and by redesignating subsections (c) (d) u subsections (b) and (c) respectively.
