AN ACT TO ENLARGE THE DELAWARE HERITAGE COMMISSION.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section 1. Amend §3201 (a), Chapter 32, Title 29, Delaware Code by strildng the numeral "9" as It therein appears and substituting in lieu thereof the numeral "15".
