AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 9, TITLE 4, DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE AGE FOR EMPLOYMENT BY A LICENSED IMPORTER OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §904(1), Title 4 Delaware Code by striking the phrase "18 or 19" as the same shall appear therein and by inserting in lieu thereof the phrase "18, 19 or 20".
