AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 19, CHAPTER 7, SUBCHAPTER II, 5711 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO UNLAWFUL EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES TO INCLUDE THE CATEGORY "MARITAL STATUS".
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend ยง711, Subchapter II, Chapter 7, of Title 19 of the Delaware Code by inserting the words "marital status" between the words "race" and "color" as same appear throughout the section.
