AN ACT TO AMEND CRAFTER 23, TITLE 19, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend ยง2372, Title 19, Delaware Code, by adding a subsection (d) to read as follows:
"(d) Every insurer licensed to issue worker's compensation and employers' liability insurance by the Insurance Department pursuant to Title 19, shall write a policy and base its rates upon the limited term of employment, rather than on an annual basis, for summer employees employed by various civic and non-profit associations whose wages are funded through grants awarded by the Department of Community Affairs."
