AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 23, TITLE 19 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO WORKER'S COMPENSATION INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR PROPRIETORS AND PARTNERS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend 52308, Chapter 23, Title 19 of the Delaware Code, by designating the existing section as subsection "(a)" and adding a new subsection "(b)" as follows:
"(b) Sole proprietors and partners are not included within the provisions of this Chapter, but such sole proprietors or partners may elect coverage in accordance with 19 Del. C. §2306."
