AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 5, TITLE 11, OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ISSUING BAD CHECKS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Chapter 5, Title 11, Delaware Code, by deleting the last sentence of Section 900 in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"issuing a bad check is a class A misdemeanor unless the amount of the check is $300 or more, in which case it is a class E felony."
