AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 385, VOLUME 63, OF THE LAWS OF DELAWARE RELATING TO THE DEFINITION OF BEVERAGE CONTAINERS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Chapter 385, Volume 63, Laws of Delaware, by striking the date "January 1, 1984" in Section 2 and Inserting in lieu thereof the date "January 1, 1986."
