AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 55, TITLE 29, DELAWARE CODE AND CHAPTER 65, PART IV, TITLE 11, DELAWARE CODE BY DELETING THOSE SECTIONS RELATIVE TO SPECIAL PENSION BENEFITS FOR CORRECTIONS OFFICERS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section §534, Chapter 55, Title 29, Delaware Code by deleting said section in its entirety.
Section 2. Amend Subsection §543(c), Chapter 55, Title 29, Delaware Code by deleting said subsection in its entirety.
Section 3. Amend Subsection §544(f), Chapter 55, Title 29, Delaware Code by deleting said subsection in its entirety.
Section 4. Amend Section §555, Chapter 65, Part IV, Title 11, Delaware Code by deleting said Section in its entirety.
