AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 5, TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE SENTENCE FOR ROBBERY FIRST DEGREE AND ATTEMPTED ROBBERY FIRST DEGREE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 832 of Chapter 5, Title II of the Delaware Code by adding thereto a new subsection (d) which shall read as follows:
"(d) The sentencing provisions of subsections (b) and (c) of his section shall apply to Attempted Robbery first Degree in addition to Robbery in the first degree.
