AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 13, TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ABSENCE OF TEACHERS AND OTHER SCHOOL EMPLOYEES FROM EMPLOYMENT BECAUSE OF DEATH IN THE IMMEDIATE FAMILY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend ยง1318 (b), Title 14 of the Delaware Code by adding the word "grandchild" after the word "daughter," and before the word "husband" as the same appear in the second sentence of said subsection.
