AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 27, TITLE 21, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO APPLICATION BY MINOR FOR AN OPERATOR'S LICENSE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend ยง2712, Chapter 27, Title 21, Delaware Code, by striking subsection (2) in its entirety, and substituting in lieu thereof a new subsection (2), which shall read as follows:
"(2) Father of the minor, if the father is living within this State, and the minor resides with the father only; or mother of the minor, if the mother is living within this State, and the minor resides with the mother only."
