AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 87 OF TITLE 10, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE PROTHONOTARY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend §8705(e) of Chapter 87, Title 10,
Delaware Code, by striking the figure "40" as the same appears in the first sentence of said paragraph (e) and substituting in lieu thereof the figure "75".
