Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend ยง2601, Chapter 26, Title 14,
Delaware Code by striking the words and number "any of the 3 counties." as the same appear in the last sentence thereof in their entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"New Castle County. The amount to be raised by taxation shall not exceed 4 cents on each $100 of the value of real property in Kent County for the 1976 tax year and shall not exceed 5 cents on each $100 of the value of real property in Kent County for the 1977 tax year and all_ tax years thereafter. The amount to be raised by taxation shall not exceed 4 cents on each $100 of the value of real property in Sussex County."
