Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend §502, Chapter 5, Part I, Title 7, of the Delaware Code by striking subsection (d) in its entirety and relettering the subsequent subsections.
Section 2. Amend §507, Chapter 5, Part 1, Title 7, of the Delaware Code, by striking all of subsection (c) and relettering the subsequent subsection.
Section 3. The provisions of this act shall become effective on and after January 1, 1977.
