AN ACT TO MAKE AN APPROPRIATION TO THE GEORGETOWN VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY FOR MAINTAINING AND OPERATING A RESCUE TRUCK.

WHEREAS, the chairman of the Rescue Service Committee of the Delaware Volunteer Firemen's Association has inspected the rescue truck operated by the Georgetown Volunteer Fire Company; and

WHEREAS, the said chairman has commended the Georgetown Volunteer Fire Company for the "very credible resuce unit they have"; and

WHEREAS, the Georgetown Volunteer Fire Company should be included among those volunter fire companies throughout Delaware which receive funds for operating and maintaning a rescue truck.

NOW, THEREFORE:

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware (three-fourths of all of the members elected to each i louse thereof concurring therein):

Section 1. There is appropriated to the Georgetown Volunteer Fire Company the sum of $1,250 to be used for the operation and maintenance of a rescue truck in the public service.

Section 2. This Act is a supplementary appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1976, and the monies appropriated shall be paid by the State Treasurer out of monies in the General Fund of the State of Delaware not otherwise appropriated.
