Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Dela ware:
Section 1. Amend ยง2708, Chapter 27, Title 21, of the Delaware Code by adding thereto a new subsection, to read as follows:
"(c) A school bus driver's license or endorsement is not required when the school bus is being operated for other than school activities."
