Section 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $417,830 to the Insurance Commissioner to provide Workmen's Compensation Insurance and Automobile Liability coverages for the period beginning February 1, 1976, and ending June 30, 1976.
Section 2. The sum appropriated herein shall be considered a supplementary appropriation and shall be paid by the State Treasurer from General Fund monies not otherwise appropriated. Any funds remaining unexpended as of June 30, 1976, shall revert to the General Fund of the State.
