Section 1. From the funds originally appropriated to the State Board of Education and the State Board for Vocational Education and allocated to "Division II -- Other Costs", within SERVICES TO SCHOOL DISTRICTS AND OTHERS (95-01-002), the sum of $9,439.60 is hereby transferred to the Marshallton-McKean School District (95-28-000) and re-allocated to"Bus Contracts" under "Division II -- Other Costs".
Section 2. The provisions of this Act shall become effective on January 31, 1976.
