AN ACT TO AMEND SUBCHAPTER II OF CHAPTER 2, TITLE I, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO ANNUAL SUPPLEMENTS TO THE DELAWARE CODE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend §210 (a) of Subchapter II, Chapter 2, Title 1, of the Delaware Code by striking the word "biennial" as the same appears in the first sentence thereof and substitute in lieu thereof the word "annual".
