AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 25 OF TITLE 12, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO COMPENSATION FOR CHIEF DEPUTY REGISTER OF WILLS AND ESTATES.
Section 1. Amend §2507(a) of Chapter 25, Title 12, Delaware Code, by striking the figure "7200" as the same appears in the second sentence of said paragraph (a) and substitute in lieu thereof the figure "10,000".
