AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 48, TITLE 29, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE STATE LOTTERY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Subsection (b) of §4815, Title 29,Delaware Code is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This Act shall become effective on July 1, 1975.
