AN ACT TO PERMIT THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE WOODBRIDGE SCHOOL DISTRICT TO TRANSFER CERTAIN FUNDS FROM ITS LOCAL DEBT SERVICE FUNDS ACCOUNT TO ITS LOCAL CURRENT OPERATING FUNDS ACCOUNT.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware [three fourths of all the members elected to each branch thereof concurring therein]:

Section 1. That the Board of Education of the Woodbridge School District is authorized to transfer the sum of $60,000 from its Local Debt Service Funds Account to its Local Current Operating Funds Account. The sums transferred shall be used for general school purposes.

Section 2. Any funds transferred pursuant to this act and not expended for general school purposes shall be redeposited in the Debt Service Account.
