Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend Title 15,. § 112 of the Delaware Code, by striking subsection (a) (2) therein in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
(a) (2). A Deputy Administrative Director who shall be nominated and elected by the members of the Department of Elections of the opposite political party of the State Election Commissioner and who shall serve at the pleasure of same. In the nomination and election of a Deputy Administrative Director, Section 110 of this Chapter shall not be applicable.
