Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Sixty-five Thousand Dollars ($65,000) is hereby appropriated to the Department of Administrative Services for the purchase of nine buses (two 66-passenger buses and seven 12 to 16-passenger buses) to be used for transportation of senior citizens by Senior Citizen Service Centers.
Section 2. This is a supplementary appropriation and the funds hereby appropriated shall be paid from the General Fund of the State of Delaware from monies not otherwise appropriated.
Section 3. The funds herein appropriated remaining unexpended on June 30, 1973, shall revert to the General Fund of the State of Delaware.
