AN ACT TO AMEND
TITLE 19, DELAWARE CODE, PROVIDING FOR THE AMOUNT OF WAGES UPON WHICH DEATH COMPENSATION SHALL BE BASED.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend Section 2330 (b), Chapter 23, Title 19, Delaware Code, by striking the figure "75" as it appears in the first sentence thereof and substituting in lieu thereof the figure "1 12.50".
