CHAPTER 204
AN ACT TO AMEND TITLES 10 AND 12, DELAWARE CODE, BY INCREASING THE SALARY OF THE REGISTER IN CHANCERY AND CLERK OF THE ORPHANS' COURT, PROTHONOTARY, AND REGISTER OF WILLS IN AND FOR NEW CASTLE COUNTY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Section 2502 (1), Title 10, Delaware Code, is amended to change the salary of the Register in Chancery and Clerk of the Orphans' Court in New Castle County by striking out the figures 19,000" as the same appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof the figures '112,000."
Section 2. Section 2505 (1), Title 12, Delaware Code, is amended to change the salary of the Register of Wills of New Castle County by striking out the figures "$9,000" as the same appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof the figures "$12,000."
Section 3. Section 2301 (1), Title 10, Delaware Code, is amended to change the salary of the Prothonotary in New Castle County by striking out the figures "$9,000" as the same appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof the figures "$12,000".
Section 4. This act shall become effective January 1, 1968. Approved December 29, 1967.
