AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 4185, TITLE 21, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO PENALTIES FOR CERTAIN FIRE REGULATIONS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Section 4185, Title 21, Delaware Code, is hereby amended by adding a new paragraph (c) to read as follows:
(c) Whoever violates any provision of this section shall be lined not less than $25 nor more than $100.
