CHAPTER 55
AN ACT TO REPEAL § 5301, CHAPTER 53, TITLE 15, DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO CALLING OUT THE NATIONAL GUARD.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. That §5301, Chapter 53, Title 15, Delaware Code, is hereby repealed.
