CHAPTER 133

AN ACT MAKING A SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION TO THE STATE BOARD OF HEALTH FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1964, TO BE USED TO RENOVATE AND CONVERT THE POST OFFICE BUILDING AT MILFORD FOR USE AS A CLINIC AND OFFICE BUILDING.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:

Section 1. The sum of $35,000 is appropriated to the State Board of Health for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1964, to be used to renovate and convert the old Post Office Building located on the northeast corner of the intersection of South Walnut Street and Southeast Second Street in Milford for us as an office building and health clinic.

Section 2. This Act is a supplementary appropriation and the money appropriated shall be paid out of the General Fund of the State of Delaware.
