AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 81, TITLE 9, DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE EXEMPTION OF THE SWANWYCK ESTATES CIVIC ASSOCIATION FROM TAXATION UPON ITS REAL PROPERTY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. § 8105, Title 9, Delaware Code, is amended by adding thereto the following:
Swanwyck Estates Civic Association.
