AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 8422, TITLE 9, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE COLLECTION OF SCHOOL AND PARK DISTRICT TAXES.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Title 9, Section 8422, Delaware Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
§ 8422. Collection of school and park district taxes
The Receiver of Taxes and County Treasurer in each county shall collect all school and park district taxes assessed and levied therein, except as otherwise provided by law.
