SALARY OF KENT COUNTY REGISTER IN CHANCERY AND CLERK OF THE ORPHANS' COURT
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 25, TITLE 10 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE SALARY OF THE REGISTER IN CHANCERY AND CLERK OF THE ORPHANS' COURT OF KENT COUNTY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. § 2502 (2), Title 10 of the Delaware Code is amended by striking out the figures "$3000" as they appear therein and by inserting in lieu thereof the figures "$3600".
