ESCHEATOR
AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 12, DELAWARE CODE, IN RESPECT TO THE ESCHEATOR.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. § 1122 (b) , Title 12, Delaware Code, is repealed.
