APPROPRIATION

SOCIAL SECURITY ACT

AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR THE PAYMENT OF STATE CONTRIBUTIONS FOR EMPLOYEE COVERAGE UNDER THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACT FOR THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:

Section 1. There is appropriated for payment of the State of Delaware's contribution for employee coverage under the Social Security Act the sum of $35,000 for the fiscal year ending July 1, 1955.

Section 2. This Act is a supplementary appropriation and _ the money appropriated shall be paid by the State Treasurer out of the General Fund of the State of Delaware.
