RELATING TO SALARY OF SUSSEX COUNTY RECEIVER
TAXES AND COUNTY TREASURER
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 84, TITLE 9 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE SALARY OF THE RECEIVER OF TAXES AND COUNTY TREASURER IN SUSSEX COUNTY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. § 8405 (3) , Title 9 of the Delaware Code is amended by striking out the figures "82400" as they appear therein and by inserting in lieu thereof the figures "$3000".
Section 2. This Act shall not take effect until the expiration of the term of office of the present Receiver of Taxes and County Treasurer of Sussex County.
