MOTOR VEHICLES-PROVIDING FOR LENGTH OF BUSES
AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21, DELAWARE CODE OF 1953 IN RESPECT TO MOTOR VEHICLES BY PROVIDING FOR THE LENGTH OF BUSES.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. § 4502 (c) is amended to read as follows:
(c) No vehicle except buses shall exceed a length of 35 feet and no tractor-semitrailer shall exceed a length of 40 feet and no other combination of vehicles coupled together shall exceed 60 feet. Piling and pole trailers shall not exceed a length of 60 feet. Buses shall not exceed a length of 42 feet.
