MOTOR VEHICLES
LIMITING LIABILITY OF OWNERS OR OPERATORS OF A BOAT, AIR-PLANE OR OTHER VEHICLE TO A GUEST TRANSPORTED WITHOUT PAYMENT.
AN ACT TO AMEND ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 165 OF THE REVISED CODE OF DELAWARE, 1935, BY LIMITING THE LIABILITY OF OWNERS OR OPERATORS OF A BOAT, AM-PLANE OR OTHER VEHICLE TO A GUEST TRANSPORTED WITHOUT PAYMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That 5713. Sec. 175. (a) be and the same is hereby amended by adding after the word "vehicle" in the second line thereof a comma and the following:
"boat, airplane or other vehicle."
