CHAPTER 320 - SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

FIXING THE TIME AFTER WHICH NO NEW BILLS OR JOINT RESOLUTIONS SHALL BE RECEIVED BY EITHER HOUSE, EXCEPT GENERAL APPROPRIATION BILLS, AND/OR BILLS RELATING TO POST-WAR PROBLEMS.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring therein, That the thirtieth Legislative day of the 110th General Assembly of the State of Delaware be and the same hereby is fixed as the dead-line for introducing or receiving any bill or bills or joint resolutions, after which date no new bill or bills or joint resolutions shall be introduced into either House except General Appropriation Bills and/or bills relating to post-war problems.
