CHAPTER 203 - GAME PROVIDING FOR REMOVAL OF CERTAIN DUCK BLINDS

AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 74 OF THE REVISED CODE OF DELAWARE, 1935, RELATING TO FISH, OYSTERS AND GAME, BY PROVIDING FOR THE REMOVAL OF CERTAIN DUCK BLINDS AFTER OPEN SEASON.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

Section 1. That Chapter 74 of the Revised Code of Delaware, 1935, be and the same is hereby amended by adding after 2821. Sec. 20. thereof a new section to be styled 2821C. Sec. 20C., as follows:

2821C. Sec. 20C. Every person erecting a booby, brush or stake blind in or over the waters of this State for the purpose of hunting wild water fowl shall remove said. blind in such manner as to prohibit hunting therefrom within fifteen days after the close of the open season for the hunting of wild water fowl as provided by law.

Any violation of the provision of this Section shall be unlawful and any person found guilty of any such violation shall be punished as provided in Section 64 of this Chapter.
