CHAPTER 34 - APPROPRIATION - BURIAL OF INDIGENT SOLDIERS, SAILORS AND MARINES
AN ACT APPROPRIATING MONEY FOR THE BURIAL OF INDIGENT SOLDIERS, SAILORS AND MARINES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That for each of the two fiscal years beginning July 1, 1945, and ending June 30, 1946, and beginning July 1, 1946, and ending June 30, 1947, the sum of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the General Funds of the State for the burial of indigent soldiers, sailors and marines of this State pursuant to Section 72, Chapter 8, of the Revised Code of Delaware 1935.
Section 2. That this Act shall be known as a Supplementary Appropriation Act and the funds hereby appropriated shall be paid out of the General Funds of the State Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
