CHAPTER 15 - INSURANCE COMPANIES - PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF RETALIATING TAXES
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 6 OF THE REVISED CODE OF DELAWARE, 1935, RELATING TO STATE REVENUE; BY THE REPEAL OF 90. SECTION 56 PROVIDING FOR RETALIATING TAXES, FEES AND REGULATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That Chapter 6 of the Revised Code of Delaware, 1935, be and the same is hereby amended by striking out and repealing all of 90. Section 56 thereof.
Section 2. This Act shall become effective on the first day of January, A. D. 1946.
