CHAPTER 289 - HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring therein:
That a joint session of the General Assembly of the State of Delaware be held on Tuesday, February 12, 1935, at two o'clock in the afternoon, to commemorate the birth of Abraham Lincoln.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the President Pro Tern-.pore of the Senate be authorized to appoint three members of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives be authorized to appoint three members of the House of Representatives, to constitute a committee to arrange a suitable program for the commemoration services.
